Visiting Team Information
Welcome to Gleannloch Gators! We are excited to host you.
Below is some important information for while you are visiting Gleannloch Gators for our Swim Meet.
Entry Exchange: Please coordinate meet entry exchange with our Clerk of Course at [email protected].
Swim Meet Maps: Please see the map and pay attention to the parking location and tent setup area (see GLF Team Map below)
Warmups: You will begin warm ups after the Gleannloch Team, we expect you to start around 7:30am and no later than 7:45am.
Pool: Our pool is a 8 lane regulation 25 yard pool.
Volunteer Needs from Visiting Team: (Check with GLF Volunteer Coordinator)
Meet and Heat Ribbons: Place Ribbons given up to 6th place. Heat Prizes and best time tickets given to 10 & under. We need a ribbon person from your team starting around event 30.
Additional Computer Support: We have computers are covered but your welcome to have one of your own. We do ask for a first and second shift time verifier for dual meets. Contact Clerk of Course for any questions.
Officials: Any officials are always welcome!
Concessions: We will have concessions and food trucks available with food and drinks.
