Community Referral Reward Program
We’re excited to launch the Gleannloch Gators Community Referral Reward Program for 2026!
This simple, low-risk program rewards our community for helping bring in new and lapsed sponsors. It is open to all Gator families and current sponsors with no restrictions.
Any Gator parent, board member, current sponsor, or Gleannloch Farms resident who successfully refers a new sponsor or a lapsed sponsor (anyone who did not sponsor in 2025) will earn a 5% cash reward of the total sponsorship amount once payment is received.
We encourage warm, personal referrals only.
How It Works
- Share the 2026 Sponsorship Program with a potential sponsor.
- When the referred sponsor completes the Google Commitment Form, they simply note your name in the “How did you hear about the 2026 program?” field of the Sponsorship Commitment Form.
- Once the sponsor’s full payment is received by the Gators, you will receive 5% of the sponsorship amount as a cash reward.
Examples
- Refer a Silver sponsor ($1,000) → You earn $50
- Refer a Gold sponsor ($2,000) → You earn $100
- Refer a Crown Jewel Partner ($5,000) → You earn $250
Important Notes
- The referrer is not responsible for the sponsor’s final decision — you only earn the reward if the referred sponsor actually signs up and pays in full.
- The reward is paid only after full payment is received by the Gators.
- All rewards are considered taxable income. The Gators will issue a 1099 to any referrer whose total rewards exceed the IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year.
- The program runs through the end of the 2026 sponsorship drive (or until terminated by the Board).
- The Gators reserve the right to modify or end the program at any time.
This program costs the team nothing unless new sponsorship money comes in. It’s a great way for our passionate Gator community to help strengthen the program while earning a meaningful thank-you for successful referrals.
